This page describes how Cresare Ltd. ("Cresare", "we") collects and processes personal data of cresare.com visitors. The document is a working version; formal legal review is scheduled before the first paid campaign.
What data we collect
When you use the chat or submit the form, we collect: your process description (chat text), name, email, phone, company (when provided), IP address, browser information, marketing parameters when present. Anonymous traffic metrics are collected through our analytics platform (no cookies).
Why we collect it
Chat: to return a relevant plan and to resume the conversation later (12-month retention). Form: to begin the written initial analysis. IP and browser info: for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Who we share it with
Sub-processors: AI provider for processing chat text, transactional email provider, database in the EU region, EU hosting, Stripe (Ireland) for the deposit. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes beyond the ad measurement infrastructure described below.
Ad measurement infrastructure (Meta Pixel + Conversions API)
To measure the effectiveness of our ads on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), we use Meta Pixel in the browser and the Meta Conversions API on the server. We share hashed (SHA-256) identifiers with Meta: email, phone, name, plus IP address and browser info. Hashed values cannot be reversed to original strings. The purpose is for Meta to attribute your actions to a specific ad impression and improve targeting. You can disable personalized ads in your Meta account settings. This processing happens only if you have given consent when submitting the form.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. For a request, write to info@cresare.com. We respond within 30 days.
Retention period
Chat conversations without submitted request: 12 months. Requests with signed contracts: duration of the business relationship + 5 years (accounting requirements). Anonymized analytics data: up to 24 months.
