Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-07
These terms govern your use of cresare.com. By accessing the site, you accept the terms. The document is a working version; formal legal review is scheduled before the first paid campaign.
What the site provides
Cresare provides an AI-based chat for initial scoping of business automations and a form to submit a request. Nothing in the chat constitutes a quote or commitment. Real proposals are prepared in writing after the initial analysis.
Initial-analysis deposit
Submitting the form requires a 20 EUR deposit via Stripe. The amount is fully credited toward the agreed project value if a contract is signed. If no contract is signed, the amount covers the detailed written analysis and is non-refundable.
Accuracy of estimates
All numbers in the chat and plans (hours saved, percent of processes automated) are estimates. We do not guarantee specific outcomes without a written proposal and a signed contract.
Intellectual property
The site content (text, design, images) is the property of Cresare Ltd. Code for demonstrated systems remains our intellectual property until a project contract is signed in which licensing or transfer terms are negotiated.
Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by reliance on information from the chat without a written contract, or for incidents caused by third parties (e.g., hosting or AI provider downtime).
Deposit refunds
The deposit is refunded in full in two cases: (1) if you do not receive the detailed written analysis within 5 business days of payment, or (2) if after the analysis we decide we are not the right provider for your case. Outside these two cases the deposit covers the cost of the analysis and is non-refundable. Refund requests are sent in writing to info@cresare.com and processed within 5 business days via Stripe.
Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances will our cumulative liability to you exceed the amounts you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent Bulgarian court at the registered seat of the company.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Material changes affecting already-signed contracts are agreed in writing with the client.
