Pricing without fog. What you see is what you pay.
Standard practice in the AI industry: "depends on scope" and then a surprise invoice. Our practice: published ranges, fixed pricing for standard packages, exact pricing for custom projects after the initial written analysis.
First step — written analysis
For custom projects we first do a detailed written analysis. Cost: 20 EUR. You get an 8-15 page document with architecture, risk review, exact price, and timeline. The 20 EUR is deducted from implementation if we proceed.
Productized packages — fixed price and timeline

There are two points where you might pay a deposit, and the terms differ. 1. Written analysis deposit — €20. Not at risk: if after the analysis we decide we're not the right fit (or you do), the amount covers the analysis you already hold. If we proceed, it's applied to the package price. This is the safe entry point. 2. Package reservation deposit — 20% of the package value (e.g. €399 for the €1,997 package). Paid only after you've received the written analysis and seen the exact proposal. By then you know what you're buying. This deposit is non-refundable once work starts — it secures the mutual commitment to the signed scope.
Custom projects
For projects outside the productized packages, prices vary:
- Small project (1 process, 2-4 weeks): 3,000 - 8,000 EUR
- Medium (2-5 processes with integrations, 6-16 weeks): 10,000 - 25,000 EUR
- Large (full AI system, 3-8 months): 30,000 - 80,000 EUR
Monthly costs
Beyond one-time costs, every AI project has monthly infrastructure and maintenance:
- Cloud infrastructure: 20 - 200 EUR monthly for SMB
- AI model (API calls): 10 - 500 EUR monthly by volume
- Maintenance: 50 - 600 EUR monthly by tier (minimum / standard / premium)
- Third-party licenses (Make, n8n, Zapier): 30 - 150 EUR monthly total
Pricing principles
No hourly work without fixed scope
We never work "hourly". Every task has signed scope, timeline, and price. Changes go through a written change-order.
Transparent margins
For custom projects we show you a component-level breakdown (development, testing, integration, documentation). Our margin is 30-40% — standard for quality consulting work.
No hidden monthly fees
All monthly costs are described in the contract. We send monthly usage reports with corresponding invoices.
No termination penalties
You can terminate maintenance with 30 days notice. Code stays yours, documentation stays yours.
