You describe the process in the chat on the home page. You receive an initial plan describing what the solution would look like, which systems would connect, and a rough scope estimate.

2. Initial written analysis
5 to 7 business days
If the initial plan is useful, you proceed to a detailed written analysis. We review your processes, identify automation points, surface risks, propose a concrete architecture, and give an exact price. This is an 8-15 page document, not a slide deck.
A detailed technical proposal with three pricing tiers (baseline, mid, premium).

3. Implementation
2 to 16 weeks depending on scope
We sign a fixed-scope, fixed-deadline contract. We work in two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You have system access from day one, not at the end. Code and data are documented and handed over progressively, not at completion.

4. Maintenance
Ongoing
After launch you enter a maintenance program with clear terms: response time, resolution time, what is included, what is extra. The code remains yours and can be maintained by another provider with no penalty.
Monthly usage reports, preventive maintenance, fixes for changes in connected systems.

Principles
Fixed-scope contracts
No vague timelines. We sign exactly what will be built, by when, and for how much. Scope changes go through a written change-order.
The code is yours
After launch the code, data, and cloud system credentials transfer to you. You can continue with another provider without any dependency on us.
We do not work on speculation
The initial written analysis is paid. This ensures we invest time only in projects both parties believe in.
Transparent price ranges
Our price brackets are published. If someone quotes you a five-figure number with an invoice at the end, find another provider.
Local partners
We work with integrators in Bulgaria who know Microinvest, Bulmar, and the local CRM systems from the inside.
Confidentiality by default
We sign a confidentiality agreement before getting access to your systems. Client names are not announced without written permission.
