How it works

1. Weeks 1-2: Document analysis

   You send 50-100 real documents from the last month. We define exactly what to extract from each. Sign off on accuracy and scope.

2. Weeks 3-4: Build and integration

   Configure the AI model, integrate with Microinvest/Bulmar. Test on a copy of your data.

3. Week 5: Pilot launch

   Run in parallel with the manual process. Compare each document. Fix errors.

4. Week 6: Full launch and training

   Switch fully to AI with human approval for flagged cases. Train the team. 60 days of support.
